
Jacques received his B.Sc. in computer engineering at Sichuan University in China, and his M.Sc. in Computer Network at ESE in France. While working as a computer engineer in a Telecom Research Center, he designed the first generation of Videotext Broadcast Systems for China, composed the technical specifications, and published the experimental norms for China. He has been also doing technical consulting work and programmer-analyst work for a bank technical center in France. After obtaining his third diploma in advanced computer network management in Canada, he became a computer instructor at a CEGEP in the Canadian province of Quebec. He has taught several IT programs for UNB, IHM, BCIS, BTM, and CCSC high school students at BCCSC campus since the fall of 2001. He has also given French lessons as electives for CCSC high school students for many years.
