He does this through making sure the Chinese teaching staff is selected from across China , only picking those whose teaching quality matches that of the top national schools.
The Native English speaking staff is entirely chosen from Canada, and all are fully licensed Canadian teachers. Only permitting all Native English speaking teaching faculty members of Canadian origin to be employed by the Private High School Program ensures a consistency in the tone and style of English that students receive in classroom lectures. In addition all teachers, both Chinese and Canadian are required to have years of teaching experience, with a flawless track record.
