The Principal and Legal Representative of BCCSC, Mr. WangBengzhong, is the Chairman of National Principal Association , and awarded as a Role Model Principal in Beijing and also had been served as a Principal for many years of the Experimental Middle School (E.M.S.) attached to Beijing Normal University, and currently is the Party Secretary for E.M.S. BCCSC has experienced core teachers came from the most famous three top middle schools attached to the Beijing Normal University, and we have also recruited some young and aggressive teachers from all over the countries. All teachers in BCCSC are getting professional development training program from educational experts where our college hire in China and foreign countries . Currently our teaching staff team including three PhD, eight M.Ed and all the instructors are of at least Bachelor Degree with qualified teachers certificates either from China or Canada . The Canadian vice-principal is appointed by the New Brunswick Education Department of Canada and the Canadian teachers are recruited by them for us. The close co-operation between Chinese and Canadian staff mark the success of our College in the last few years and the future.
