Commencement Ceremony & Outstanding Students Award Ceremony

BCCSC held its 2002-03 Commencement Ceremony & Outstanding Students Award Ceremony on October 15th. At the ceremony, BTM students who have successfully finished their studies in Level 1 received their certificates, outstanding students both from high school and post secondary received awards as well. Among the guests attending the ceremony were Ms. Karen Mann, Deputy Minister of Education, New Brunswick; Her Worship Shirley McAlary, Mayor of Saint John City, New Brunswick; Hon. Howard Balloch, President of Canada China Business Council, Beijing, Former Canadian Ambassador; Hon. Yang Haibo, Chief Advisor of BCCSC, Former Vice-Chairman of Education, Technology, Cultural to the National People Congress; and Mr. Zhang Xiaohang, Director of High School Education of Tongzhou District, Beijing.
