The opening ceremony of 2002 BCCSC Cultural Festival was held in the BCCSC lecture theatre on the evening of Nov. 3, 2002. BCCSC CPC Secretary Tao Wei and Canadian Principal Theressa Smith gave speech at the ceremony. Leaders from Tongzhou District and guests from Canada attended the ceremony and watched the students' wonderful performances.
