BCCSC Joins in Celebrating the International
Year of Freshwater

On February 28th, 2003, BCCSC chairman Francis Pang, one of the director of UNESCCO Beijing Office joins in the UNESCO Beijing Office meeting for promoting and celebrating the International Year of Freshwater 2003. At the meeting, UNESCCO Beijing Office worked out their plan of work in 2003.
