On Sept 29, 2004 Our Chairman, Dr. Francis Pang along attended the first Canada China Education Round Table Meeting. During this meeting both the Chinese and the Canadian Education Ministers expressed their views on the education systems in their country and how the different ministry can work together to provide a better education to their students. Chinese Officials included the Vice-Minister Yuan Guiren and several Director Generals as well as Education Department Chiefs from Chinese Provinces. All Canadian Provincial Education Ministers attended the meeting. Dr. Francis Pang is among the delegate from the New Brunswick Education Department. At the end of the day, many new concepts and methods of teaching was mentioned and put up for example, and everyone agreed that this meeting was one that was of great importance to the relationship of China/Canada Co-Operation and the Canada China Education Round Table Meeting is proposed to hold once a year in the future.
