Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao and Canadian Prime Minister Paul Martin, along with several ministers from the two countries, signed 10 cooperation projects at the Great Wall of the People in Beijing on January 20th, 2005. Among the 10 projects was one about education cooperation, signed by New Brunswick Education, Service Bureau for Foreign Officials, and Dr. Francis Pang, BCCSC's chairman of Board of Directors.
