On Apr 9th, 2009, BCCSC invited and welcomed the Songzhuang District secretary of party branch Mr. Hu Jiebao to school. He delivered a speech on the Scientific Concept of the Development Activity. More than 200 faculty attended the report meeting, Mr. Hu introduced different strategies and details on how to better build and promote the town of Songzhuang into a famous Artistic town.
