¡@¡@With summer just beginning, BCCSC has once again invited foreign students to participate in our three week Chinese Language Program. Now, with the launch of our second successful CLP session, modifications have been made to enhance the program curriculum, while maintaining many of the elements that made the CLP such a success last year. The program will still place a great emphasis on experiential learning with our paired placement classmate system. This allows foreign students to be paired with Chinese students of similar age, interest and overall personality to increase the learning process. These paired students will learn and grow from each other as they play and study together an excursion to the Great Wall, history lesson at the Forbidden City, and a culture class at the Summer Palace . Every week new pictures from the student's activities will be placed on the CLP website to bring parent's a little closer to their children. We hope that students enjoy this year's CLP as much as they did last year, and wish everyone a great summer! |
