¡@¡@Over 40 administrative staff attended the training in the conference room of the multi-function building from 14:00to 18:00, Friday, March 4 th , 2005. The training was made up of two parts.
Part One: Lecture with Cases
¡E Mr. Han Zhili, Director of Legal Affairs of China Labour and Social Security News was specially invited to give lectures on HR administration ¡C
¡E Ms. Xue Mei, Director of BCCSC Teaching talked about the school teaching reform - Practice New Curriculum, Construct New Class, and Get More Benefit from Class - from the points of teaching policy, teachers training, and teachers evaluation.
¡E Ms. Liu Jin, Vice-Principal in charge of the general affairs of our school shared their experience in general affairs administration, as well as Mr. Cui revealed what they had done to obtain the honor of Grade A Cafeteria.
¡E Mr. Tian Zhenzhou, BCCSC's principal assistant in charge of the student administration introduced the administrative experience of SAO (Student Administrative Office). His 5-do and 5-never-do, especially the new bucket theory impressed every one in the meeting.
Part Two: leaders' Speech
¡E Dr. Francis Pang expressed his thoughts about administration and encouraged our administrative staff to face the challenge, seize the opportunity, and make full development to a higher phase.
¡E Principal Wang Benzhong explained necessity of BCCSC's current development concept from different points of view. He reminded our administrative staff to be clear-headed of three things at this developing period.
After the meeting, everyone agreed the training was a big success and instructive to the practical work. It helped the administrative staff better understand BCCSC's administrative characteristics, improve their administrative standards, and ensure the sustainable development of BCCSC.
