Decorated with banners and lanterns, BCCSC welcomed the academic year of 2006 to 2007, which is its 10th school year. Canadian Senator Hon. Pierre Debane and New Brunswick Education Minister Kelly Lamrock came to our school for the 10th Anniversary Commencement Ceremony held on Sunday (November, 19th).

　　Hon. Albina Guarnieri, Member of Parliament, and Education Minister Kelly Lamrock gave speeches separately on the ceremony. They spoke highly of Dr. Pang's contribution to the educational operation between China and Canada. They forecasted a brighter future in this educational cooperation. Hon. Pierre Debane, BCCSC's honorary principal and Dr. Francis Pang present Hon. Kelly Lamrock the certificate of BCCSC's honorary principal.

　　After awarding certificates to our excellent students, our distinguished guests watched well-prepared performance given by our students. Dr. Chairman George, an international performer from Canada brought us much enjoyment with his wonderful show.
