On this special event for the celebrations of our 2007 graduates, I would like to take this opportunity to represent Shenzhen Nanshan Education Bureau to express my sincere congratulations to the all graduates and my appreciation to the great dedications of our Chinese and Canadian educators of BCCSC&SCCSC. At the same time, we all celebrate SCCSC’s 5th Anniversary Ceremony and BCCSC's 10th Anniversary Ceremony. Congratulations!

BCCSC & SCCSC are two great schools. They provide a platform through which students have chances to study in Canadian or other counties’ top universities. At here the students are all build up to talents with comprehensive quality. I believe: each graduate will keep firmly in their mind the duties of serving our country and building society. Be a worthy builder and alumni.
