Honourable Tao Xiping, Honourable Hermenegilde Chiasson, Honourable Kerry Lamrock, Respective Leaders, Distinguished Guests, Parents and Graduating Class 2007, Ladies and Gentlemen,

Good Afternoon,

Beijing Concord College of Sino-Canada is celebrating the 10th Anniversary and the Shenzhen(Nanshan) Concord College of Sino-Canada is celebrating its 5th Anniversary. Both Colleges have graduated over 3000 students in the past 10 years.

We are most grateful to learn that a high percentage of our graduated students have been successful in many different areas and disciplines.

Congratulations!

Class of 2007, you have worked hard to make your graduation in the Peoplesˇ¦ Great Hall of China.

Senior high school graduation represents your dedication and efforts over the past few years.

Your parents, teachers and the College are feeling delighted and proud of your achievements.

Graduation is also another beginning point in your life-long learning. You are going to be more confident and to build upon the knowledge which you have already acquired. Good knowledge and professional skills are corner-stones of your future success, and it makes life more interesting and rewarding.

Knowledge has no limit. Anything can happen under the sun. Things and events in our lives can be colorful, interesting, contradicting and yet complementing. The infinite wonder of knowledge is the cumulative work of our ancestors, forms the base for our present and future development. Therefore I urge you to widen your scope of learning, define your goals and purposes, and persist in the right learning attitude. The future success and scope of development for yourselves, your society and your country depend on you, your knowledge and creative thinking.

Wishing all of you good health and a bright future!
