On Oct 29, 2007, Beijing Concord College of Sino-Canada (BCCSC) and the St. Thomas University (STU) held a MOU Signing & Scholarship Launch ceremony in Reception Room. School leaders & guests and 30 students attended the ceremony and witnessed the signing of MOU. Mr. Andy Truong, Executive Director on behalf of the Board and Dr. Michael Higgins, President & Vice-Chancellor of STU exchanged collaborative initiative & friendship. They later signed the MOU to strengthen the partnership. In addition, St. ThomasUniversity will provide an annual scholarship valued at $5,000CDN for an eligible student from ConcordCollege and will provide access to all scholarship program for eligible CCSC students. STU is an excellent University and leader in the liberal arts program.
