Honourable guests, Graduating Class of 2010, Parents, Ladies and Gentlemen Good Afternoon!

    It is a great honour to attend both the BCCSC and SCCSC Graduation Ceremony.  I am delighted to have this opportunity to speak to all of you. CCSC graduates are well known for the quality education they receive, and their innovative ideas and talents. Innovation makes a better life for all of us and is the driving force in today's world ensuring both success and advancement. Leaders of today and leaders for tomorrow require the most innovative ideas and talents to engineer future successes. All of the CCSC programs are designed to provide you with what you need to advance and to be successful in this rapidly changing world. You must now apply your acquired skills to make a better life for all of us including those in far reaching places in welcoming us to all become global citizens. We all understand that globalization forms a much brighter future for mankind. The 21st Century Globalization Agenda should not only be about the global economy.  It should include knowledge, culture, skills, mutual understanding and elements in every community and society to collectively become a common pool of resources for all.

    Graduates, you are not only the graduating class of BCCSC and SCCSC, but have become a part of a huge alumni network before you. But you are the new talents of the World Community. You must take advantage of every opportunity that this globalization provides you to better serve mankind. We often call the sky the limit.

    However, I wish to say to you that there are no limits and boundaries in your future.
