Dr. Pang, the board leader of BCCSC and Mr. Andy Truong, the executive principal of BCCSC invited Mr. Irwin Lampert, the Judge of NB to come to give all students a Canadian Law Training on May 12th and 13th, 2010. Judge Lamper is the chairman of the first Canada Judge League, he has abundant law theory and practice experience. He explained the relevant Canadian law to students in detail together with vivid cases and problems which students came across in daily life. Everybody was cautioned by his words.

   Judge Lampert added environmental protection to part of his speech in order to adapt to our education theme of 13th anniversary------“building an environmentally and friendly campus.” He also mentioned how youth take their responsibility to protect the atmosphere of our earth, and dedicate to the climate of the globe. This speech is very successful and helpful for students. Some students also communicated with Judge Lampert after the speech separately.
