In the morning of November 21, 2005, on invitation of Foreign Affairs Division of Tongzhou?Public Security?Bureau, Julie Kozak and Kristin Chilels went to Tongzhou to attend the commemoration of 20th anniversary of the "Law of the People's Republic of China on Control of the Entry and Exit of Aliens" and "Law of the People's Republic of China on Control of the Entry and Exit of Citizens". Sponsored by the Division, the activity ended with consummation.
