Welcome Inspection Delegation from Luwan, Shanghai On April 20 th , Dr. Pang and other BCCSC's leaders welcomed Mr. Su Binggong, Vice-Secretary of CPC (The Communist Party of China) committee of Luwan District, Shanghai , Mr. Wang Weimin, Director of Luwan Education Bureau and their delegation. Dr. Pang gave a tour of the campus and introduced some new facilities. After the tour, the guests were impressed and gave a very high praise to the development of our school.
