Basic Skills and Knowledge Test for Dormitory Moral Teachers

According to the schedule of this term, the student administrative Office (SAO) organized the 4 th Basic Skills and Knowledge Test for Dormitory Moral Teachers at the boys studies hall on the morning of Nov 10 th 2004.
To improve the comprehensive quality of dormitory teachers, SAO organized collective studies every week about positional skills and moral education administration, about 1 to 1.5 hours each time. With the leadership of Mr. Tian, our principal assistant in charge of the SAO, dormitory teachers are demanded to combine the theory with their practical work. They are encouraged to learn more in their spare time. Mr. Tian hopes all our dormitory teachers will never stop enrich their knowledge and enhancing their professional standards. The test is one way to check our teachers ' studies, work and administration capability.
The test covers the following aspects:

               1.   The contents of “ three all ” (all persons, all-around, and process), and the requirements of the 4 words (tolerant, order, practical, and tough).
               2. Our teachers ' basic positional skills (to list the names of the students on the floors they charge, their bedroom numbers, classroom numbers, grades, their homeroom teachers, and the time of contact in this term.
               3. The requirements about their own positions, sanitation, and security.
               4.  Sense of fire prevention and evacuation organization.
               5.  Measures used to managing certain violations of regulations.
               6.  The main contents of the moral education in this term.
               7.  Focus work of each floor and personal experience in student moral education.

All the dormitory teachers have seriously written this test. 14 teachers have made the score above 95 points, 3 above 90 points, and 1 above 85 points. The test is successful. It can also serve as an evidence for further assessment.
