BCCSC Grade 12 Chinese Food Culture Appreciation Was Successful Completion

In order to enrich students' extracurricular life, let the students appreciate the profound of the Chinese food culture, enjoy making Chinese cuisine for preparation of study abroad in the future to show foreign friends splendid food culture. On Nov 26, 2015, “G12 Chinese Food Culture Appreciation” hosted by the Student Administrative Office and undertaken by Life Department of the Student Union was held in the Student Cafeteria at 4:10-5:30p.m., about 50 students took part in the activity.

Competitors with clean and tidy clothing were well-prepared and showed their capacity to make Chinese cuisine, such as Sushi Rolls Wrapped by Dry Seaweed Sheets and Fried Rice with Egg etc., other students took out their mobile phones to take pictures excitedly and uploaded photos to the circle of friends, the atmosphere was active. This activity promoted the Chinese cuisine, improved students’ practical ability, and facilitated the construction of campus culture, it’s very popular with our students.
