BCCSC 2015-2016 First Term Staff Training

BCCSC 2015-2016 First Term Staff Training was held on Nov. 6th, 2015. The goal of this training is to be a creative and professional educationalist. Main contents:

First, teachers and staff were trained separately.

Second, middle school teachers had their meeting in the conference. Miss Li Ming Chun delivered a speech and made a conclusion about the 26 classes she had visited. James Tian talked about our school’s development as well as teachers’ development.

Third, the elementary school teachers had their meeting in the library. Miss Zhang Wei Hong delivered a speech about how to build an effective class and had a very good discussion with the teachers.

Then, all the teachers watched an educational movie in the lecture theater.
