2008 New Grade 10 students’ Military Training Closing Ceremony

The 2008-09 New Students Military Training Closing Ceremony was held on the  sports ground on Aug 29, 2008. In attendance were:  the Board Chairman, Dr. Francis Pang, the Executive Director Mr. Andy Truong,  the Executive Principal Mr. Meng Xuejun, the Vice Secretary of Party Branch Ms.  Jing Zhi, the Canadian Vice Principal Mr. Colin Childs ,the Vice Principal Mr.  Tian Zhenzhou, the Teaching Supervisor Ms. Xue Mei ,the Vice Principals Liu Jin  and Jiang Tao and leaders from the General Brigade of Arms Forces. Also,  department directors, both Canadian and Chinese teachers along with students’  parents were present and watched the performance.                    

　　 The ceremony started  with the playing of the Chinese National Anthem. Military Captain reported to  Dr. Pang that the student groups are ready for inspection. Dr. Pang, Mr. Andy Truong and Mr. Meng Xuejun inspected  each group.
                     School leaders and  guests were treated with performances by the students. Outstanding awards were  given out to many students for their hard work and outstanding achievements  during the military training week.

After the ceremony, the students expressed that they will  follow the strict orders from military officers and thank them for taking this  opportunity to train the students.
