Discover Your Colour

“On Saturday May 21, over 20 of BCCSC middle and senior administrators attend the True Colors training by Ms. Jennifer Chan, Chief Representative of True Colors of China. True Colors is a very famous and proven temperament program defining one's characteristics using 4 colors. Each colour represents certain type of personality and characteristics. This program is being used by many institutions and corporations around the world to help their staff and management personnel better communicate with each others. Through a series of exercise, each participant discovered his/her true color. In the closing remarks, they were encouraged by Mr. Andy Truong, Director of Operations to apply the newly acquired skills when communicating with students and other staff."
