Awards Banquet,2005 BCCSC

Thursday evening, March 31 st ., marked the 4 th . annual BCCSC Awards Banquet. The event was held to honour 73 students of BCCSC and 11 students from our Advanced Education Department who are the embodiment of the ideals that reflect BCCSC. They are wisdom, virtue, perseverance and aspiration. As in the past, the night was an outstanding success given the hard work and cooperation of all departments within the BCCSC family.                        

　　Andy Truong delivered greetings from the school's Board of Directors. Also in attendance, on behalf of the Board of Directors, was Charles Pang. TAO Wei, former party secretary of BCCSC, read a poem he had written especially for the award recipients for 2006. Also present was MI Jihan, counselor to BCCSC. His presence, along with TAO Wei's, was a great honour for the recipients and guests alike. Both the high school and the advanced education staff were well represented, which reflected the importance that is placed on this annual event.

　　In conclusion, it was a most fitting night to honour these young people who represent what a student of BCCSC should be. They are indeed the best of what our school has to offer.
