BCCSC held the Coming of Age Ceremony successfully

he Coming of Age Ceremony was held on May 12th, 2011. There were several leaders who attended the ceremony, they are, Mr. Andy Truong, Madam Xue, Miss Jingzhi, Mr. Tian Zhenshou, Miss Bonnie Carson, Mr. Irwin Lampert, a lawyer from Canada, students’ parents and Mr. Kou Guodong, a lawyer.  They issued students the Constitution of the PRC, the Rite Manual and a badge for memory.

All of the teachers and students sung the national anthem at the ceremony. They raised their right hands, put their left hands in the front of their chest, and swore in the front of parents and teachers.

We believe that they should understand the responsibility of being an adult know the right and obligation of being an adult and pursue being an adult with dedication.

Although the ceremony was short, the meaning was profound. It can teach students to look at life with a positive attitude and take a responsible and important role in our society, family, and school. They should dare to take the responsibility and orders which were given by our Country.
