BCCSC and Korean Youth Centers entered into formal partnership

To expand its partnership overseas and  promoting 21st century learning, BCCSC entered into 3 Memorandum of  Understanding signings with 3 Korean youth centers.

On January 19, 2011, Mr. Andy Truong,  executive director of BCCSC along with Mr. Charles Pang, executive director and  Ms. Laurianne Gidrol, director of admissions of Canadian International School  of Beijing attended the signing ceremonies in Seoul, Korea.

These MOUs are to promote cultural and  language exchanges for youths of Korea, China and Canada.

The 1st MOU signing is with  Seoul Nowon Youth Center. Mr. Andy Truong and Mr. KIM Hyung Rae, president of  Seoul Nowon Youth Center signed on their respective behalf.


The 2nd MOU signing is with  Seoul Suseo Youth Center. Mr. Andy Truong and Mr. KIM Man Kyung, president of  Seoul Suseo Youth Center signed on their respective behalf.


The 3rd MOU signing is with  Seoul Youth Media Center. Mr. Andy Truong and Mr. PARK Ok Sik, chairman of  Seoul Youth Media Center signed on their respective behalf.

“To promote mutual exchange and cooperation  activities to foster international awareness of youths between Korea, Canada  and China should be everyone’s responsibility”, quoted by Mr. Andy Truong during  an interview by Korean Money Today newspaper.
                               In attending the signing ceremony also  included Ms. Grace Park of SAERIN Overseas Institute and Mr. Kevin Kang,  president of Myong Dong Overseas Study Center.

BCCSC welcomed its 1st Korean  students in 2006 and has hosted annual Winter Camp and Summer Camp for Korean  students. Korean graduates of BCCSC have been admitted into World class  universities in China, Canada, US and UK to name a few.
