The 17th Work Skill Training for moraity teachers from SAO was held successfully

To improve the comprehensive quality of teachers from SAO, under the guidance of the plan, the leader suggested that the dorm teachers should have 1 to 1.5 hours' training every week. Under the leadership of Mr. Tian Zhenzhou, our dorm teachers attended the training about RS Educational Philosophy. He stressed the actual work and how to put theory into practice. The 17th Work Skill Training and basic knowledge test was held successfully on December 14th, 2012. This test can be regarded as an assessment of our dorm teachers as well as a comprehensive inspection                                    

   The contents of the test included,  the cultivating objects of BCCSC, our Educational philosophy, teaching characteristic, working requirements, moral management, basic working skills, dorm teachers' duties, security requirements, fire control skills, students' misbehavior treatment, the moral topics of three grade levels, the procedure for misbehaving students, and the arrangement and organizations of Dorm Festival activities.

   SAO will put e Morality at the top seat of students' comprehensive development so that it can produce positive effects on the development of students and also improve the creative thinking of our moral teachers.
