The second meeting of BCCSC 7th Students' Representative was held successfully

The second meeting of BCCSC 7th Students' Representative was held successfully at the Lecture theatre on November 19th, 2012. This meeting means to select the leaders of the 6 pillars of Round Square, including, Internationalism, Democracy, Environment, Adventure, Leadership and Service. There were 78 students' representatives and 13 candidates who attended the meeting.                                    

   There were several leaders and teachers who attended this meeting, they are, Mr. Andy Truong, Madam Xue mei, Miss Josephine Osadec, Mr. Tian Zhenzhou, Miss Ma xiaokui and the faculty teachers of the Round Square Committee of BCCSC.

   Madam Xue Mei started the meeting with her opening remarks. She stressed that the school should develop more and more activities according to students' desire so that students can get a platform to improve their understanding of Internationalism, Democracy, Environment, Adventure, Leadership and Service. As the representative of students' benefit, The Students Committee developed activities under the leadership of SAO and Students' leaders of Round Square. The School hoped that the elected students' leaders can develop the activities about Round Square positively and also monitor the way of putting them in practice. As their duties, students' leaders should help students passionately, to be the bridge between students and school, and assist the work of education and management of school.  

   The 13 candidates went to the stage to deliver their speech one by one. Within the short 5 minutes, each of the candidates stated their desirable position and personal advantages. Their wonderful performances won the praise from teachers and representatives. According to the rules of equity and openness, all the students' representatives cast the votes carefully. The voting was held successfully in a harmonious atmosphere. At last, candidates took pictures with leaders and teachers.

   Mr. ndy Truong made a conclusion speech. He hoped that the elected students' leaders can combine service and innovations together for the brilliant future of BCCSC.
