Charity Event with NBA star player Jeremy Lin

Dear friends in the Media,

We invite you to participate in the ' Rebuild the Dream' charity event at Canadian International School of Beijing on August 10th. This charity event is co-hosted by Canadian International School of Beijing, Beijing Fuquanquan Culture and Aiyi Found. We will be joined by Mr. Jeremy Lin who will communicate and interact with physically challenged children injured in Qingchuan  Earthquake during the event.

The thrust of this event is to increase public awareness of disability and to raise funds for the injured children from Qingchuan Earthquake and physically challenged painters. The organizers-Canadian International School of Beijing, Beijing Fuquan Culture and Aiyi Found hope to convey the idea that disability will not stand in the way of success through this event.  With the understanding, trust and support from society, physically challenged people can be just as successful or even more successful than others. This can be made possible by the support, the recognition, the solicitude as well as the faith in them in fulfilling their dreams from every single individual.  Such kind of understanding and support is not only needed by physically challenged people but by the rest of us as well to help overcome difficulties and to encourage strive for success.

This event is also sponsored by Daiying Company and a number of different corporations. A special thanks goes to the sponsorship and support of Dr. Francis Pang- Chairman of Canadian International School of Beijing and Mr. Charles Pang-Executive Director of Canadian International School of Beijing.
