APAC Training in the Duke of Edinburgh Award Was Held Successfully In BCCSC

APAC Training in the Duke of Edinburgh Award was held for 4 days in BCCSC Multiple-Use Building Conference Room from November 21st to 25th, 2014. APAC Duke of Edinburgh Award leader and Executive Mr.Andy Truong,The vice President of moral education Mr.TianZhenzhou,instructor SongShuyao,Mr. Ian Geogre Devlin、Ms. Nicole、Ms. Ashley participated the training.  

The topic of this training is about the five items of this award including physical agility, skills, service, out-door adventure, and hiking. Edinburgh principal gave a speech about next plan and the development of the international prize.

The Duke of Edinburgh Award is aim at improving teenagers’ fitness, will, service consciousness, Individual talent and leadership by physical exercise, personal skills, social service and hiking trip to cultivate elitists with social service consciousness, responsibility and have the courage to challenge oneself. Participants actively spoke at the meeting and gave thought and advice to the promotion and implementation and the award. It laid a good foundation for the future development of the project.
