BCCSC Participated Harvard Model United Nations, China 2016

“Harvard Model United Nations, China 2016 (HMUN CHINA 2016)” was held in Beijing Marriott Hotel City Wall on March 17th—20th. This is the 7th annual HMUN CHINA, which is one of Model United Nations Conferences on Middle School, these conferences have the highest degree of internationalization and academics in Asia. More than 1000 excellent students of middle school from all over the world participated the conference and debated some international topics. They enhanced their leadership and broadened their international awareness during the competition and cooperation.

6 students from BCCSC attended HMUN CHINA 2016, they are WangZiqi, WangXinyue, LiYanda, LiZexi, WangHexiang, LiangKezheng. They engaged with Legal, International Olympic Committee, The 5th United Nations Conference on Women, Social, Cultural, and Humanitarian Committee. During the conference, they not only exchanged with the representatives of students from other countries, but also communicated extensively with the secretary-general of the conference and the chairmen of the committees.

The organizer held “Global Village”, “Dancing Party” and other activities, which promoted the participants to reach consensus, as well as improved their ability of communicating.
