“Display BCCSC Spirit with Remembrance of Campus Life”--Celebrating BCCSC’19th Anniversary

The Celebration of BCCSC’19th Anniversary was held in the Rainbow Dome from 14:00—15:30 on April 8th, 2016. The honorable guests were Mr. Andy Truong, Executive Director; Ms. Xuemei, Principal; Mr. Tian Zhenzhou, Executive Principal; Mr. Douglas Prescott, the Principal of Canadian International School; and faculty from Guiyang Concord College of Sino-Canada and Qingdao Concord College of Sino-Canada.

The hosts were: Dominik (G4-1), Yolanda, Zheng Ruxuan(G10-3), Steven and Jiang Bowen(G11-2). The Celebration began with a series of dances: “Opening Dance Mix”

Firstly, Mr. Andy Truong greeted us with a congratulatory speech; expressed his warm welcome to school leaders and guests; sincerely honored the teachers, who have made great efforts to our school; expected that our students can study hard, improve their comprehensive abilities, cultivate their international horizon, and become international citizens with innovation and group spirit; Mr. Andy Truong honored He Yuqing, the winner of the “Competition of designing Logo for the BCCSC’ 19th Anniversary”. Andy Truong, Ms. Xuemei, Mr. Tian Zhenzhou, and Mr. Douglas Prescott presented awards to the students who won the international Math Competitions.

The event was a real roaring success. Students’ performance was wonderful and exciting. The English Opera “Golden Fish” achieved audiences’ cheering and applauses; Students from Beijing Concord School showed us “Dance Mix”, which was full of praises; The event ended with the chorus “Raise Me Up”, which was sang by Grade 12-AP1and Grade 12-4. Applauses and cheering permeated the whole event. The theme of this event was “Display BCCSC Spirit with Remembrance of Campus Life”, which expressed students’ attachment and love to our school. The party was unforgettable and heartfelt.
