The “Chinese Food Culture Appreciation of Grade 10 and Grade 12 Activity” was completed successfully


The “Chinese Food Culture Appreciation of Grade 10 and Grade 12 Activity” was sponsored by the Students’ Administrative Office and was undertook by the Life Department of the Student’s Union AT BCCSC’s Student’s Cafeteria on April 21and 26, 2016. More than 100 students participated in the activity, which enriched students’ extra-curricular life and established a firm fundamental for their overseas studying. Students learned Chinese food culture enjoyed cooking.

All participating students prepared well and cooked the dishes: “Laver Boarding” and “Egg Fried Rice”. The spectators took pictures and posted messages to Wechat. The atmosphere was merry and alive. This activity, which was welcomed by students, improved their handling abilities and boosted the campus culture.
