BCCSC Won the “First Prize” during “The 5th Beijing High Schools Skill Competition”

Beijing Education Scientific Research Network organized “The 5th Beijing High Schools Skill Competition”, which is about “Dress Design”, at The Experimental High School Attached to Beijing Normal University on May 21, 2016. 32 schools attended the competition. Following 39 themes, 217 sets of dresses were displayed. 11 groups won the first prize.

BCCSC won the “Group First Prize”. Students Jiang Jingjing, Yang Xinyi, Zhao Yuyang, Chen Jiayu, Wang Moze, Zhang Yaru, Lu Xirun, Wang Xingyue, who designed the five sets of dress:   “Rosefinch”, “Yuan Chu”, “Qing Luan”, “Yue Zhuo” and “Hong Hu” won the “Excellent Design Award”. Students Jin Yixuan, QunYin, Li Chengyu, Li Zexi, and Zheng Ruxuan won the “Excellent Model Award”; Mr. He Yunsong won the “Excellent Tutor Reward”.

The teachers and students made use of their spare time to finish their works. This competition not only provided us a platform for display their talents, but also gave them an opportunity to practice and create. These kinds of activities cultivated the students’ innovation ability; enhanced their thinking ability, dress-making ability and aesthetic taste; and boosted the team spirit.
