Students of BCCSC&BCS Attended the Canadian Math Competition The Result of the Competition

In the term 2, 2015-2016，students of BCCSC and BCS attended the international math competition, which was organized by University of Waterloo. 34 students won prizes in the Cayley Contest and Fermat Contest. Grade10-AP, Zou Xiaoyu got a score of 120 scores in the Cayley Contest; Grade11-AP, Wang Jingyi and Zhang Tianyu got a score of 126 in the Fermat Contest. Ma Yiwen, Dong Jixuan and Wangxu respectively won the First Prizes in the Galois Contest, Hypatia Contest and Euclid Contest respectively. Taking advantage of the achievements in the math competition, Grade12 students: Wangxu, Song Xiaoming and Fangzheng applied to the preferred universities and scholarships. Students of Grade 7 and 8 attended the Gauss Contest. Tao Yifei got a score of 104 while Ou Yangshuting reached 121. School leaders praised and congratulated to all the participating students. Good luck to them in the next competition and their future.
