BCCSC/BCS New Staff and Foreign Teachers’ Outward Bound Training

Almost 40 BCCSC and BCS new staff and foreign teachers participated in the Outward Bound Training at the Beijing Sunshine International Conference Center on February 17-18.

Teamwork was presented by group activities. During these activities, the staff challenged themselves, achieved their personal growth, and enhanced the trust and friendship between them. The group members worked together to overcome the difficulties and complete various tasks. They not only realized their personal values, but also felt the strong power of teamwork.

At the end of the training, the foreign teachers, Urania Chamber, gave a presentation about “How to be an excellent international teacher?”

This training received serious attention from the Board of Directors; Dr. Francis Pang, Chairman of the Board, and Mr. Wang Benzhong, the principal attended the training and gave them full positive recognition. The school leaders asked the staff to think independently, learn from BCCSC 20 years’ experience with applying Chinese and Foreign policies in schools, and become excellent teachers---the engineers of human beings.
