BCS Students Visited the National Zoological Museum of China

In response to the call from the Beijing Municipal Education Department, BCS students visited the National Zoological Museum of China on April 7, 2017. There are five exhibition halls in the museum, including Diversity and Evaluation of Animal Exhibition Hall, Invertebrates Exhibition Hall; Birds Exhibition Hall; Endangered Exhibition Hall, Insects Exhibition Hall and Butterfly Exhibition Hall.

Under the guidance of Mr. Ma, the Director of the Teaching Administrative Office, the students walked into the museum and visited the animal specimens, received zoological knowledge and understood the biodiversities. This visit strengthened the students’ consciousness of environmental protection and emphasized the harmonious coexistence of the human and the nature.

The National Zoological Museum of China is the biggest zoological museum in China, which devotes to broadcasting the knowledge about animals. The students learnt a lot from this visit and received the education of "ecological civilization".
