BCCSC Outdoor Adventure for the Duke of Edinburgh International Awards

BCCSC organized students to participate the outdoor adventure for the Duke of Edinburgh International Awards. 81 students completed the tasks of the challenges.

This activity required students to cooperate with each other. BCCSC cooperated with the Oriental XINSEN Company, which was a professional company for the outdoor adventure.

The students introduced themselves on the first day. The instructor divided them into several groups and taught them the methods about how to survive in outdoors, including building a tent, dealing with the animal bites, and telling the direction.

On the second day, the instructor taught the students how to make a fire and how to find water to drink. They climbed a mountain and crossed a river. All the students were well-organized.

On the third day, the instructor organized the students to climb the mountain and taught to cook by themselves.

On the fourth day, the students returned to the school. The four days’ adventure enhanced their friendship and improved their sense of team spirit.
