BCCSC and BCS Staff Training

The BCCSC and BCS Staff Training was held in the Lecture Theatre on Oct.27, 2017.

The theme of this training was “Cohension， Fitness，and Team Spirit”. Mr. Andy Truong, put forward a requirement from the three aspects:　“Innovation, Confidence, and Open-minded”. Mr. James Tian announced the “ 2016-2017 Term 2 Excellent Staff List” and handed out certificates.

The staff were divided into different groups to discuss and train. Some of the teachers went to the seminar, which was organized by Beijing Municipal Education Department.

On the staff training, Ms. Zhou Liqin, Ms. GuoXiaodan, Ms. Chenyi, and Mr. Li Xu made presentations about the summary of last term. They achieved a lot of applause and agreements.

After the staff training, BCCSC staff went to the football field for the sports meeting. They had a lot of fun. The sports meeting enhanced the friendship between the staff.

In the afternoon, the representatives of staff had a seminar about “Mr.Cheng Hong bin’s Teaching Plan and Teaching Evaluation” .

This staff training enhanced the teachers’ teaching skills; boosted the developments of the school; and enhanced the communication between BCCSC staff.
