BCS Went on a Field Trip to Chang Sha (III)

The teachers and students of BCS G8 and G 9 visited Jin Gang Shan , which was a basement of revolution.

The first place they visited was Xiao Jing Hospital. They visited the hospital’s equipment, including hospital beds. The most impressive story they heard was that more than 100 local people died a martyr’s death.

The teachers and the students visited Huang Yang Jie, which was for famous for “Huang Yang Jie War”. Chairman Mao, Mr. Zhu de and other revolutionists walked through Huang Yang jie.

The teachers and students visited warrior channels and Artillery batteries. Red army used stones and bamboos as their weapons.

The last place they visited on that day was Chairman’s former residence, which was located in the center of Da Jing Village. There were 44 rooms in Chairman Mao’s former residence. These rooms were burnt by the enemy. The students were astonished by red army’s hard living condition.

The students expressed their respects to the heroes.
