2018 BCCSC/BCS Staff’s Personal Development Training

The 2018 BCCSC/BCS Staff’s Personal Development Training was held on October 12, 2018. The theme of this training was “New Time; New Platform; New Curriculum; Better Service”. The guests were Mr. Quan Bin, the Director of the Teachers’ Research center; Ms. Li Yinhuan, the Director of Tongzhou PeiZhi School; Mr. Lu Chaojun, the vice Director of the north east area at ASDAN; Mr. Andy Truong, the Executive Director of BCCSC; Mr. James Tian, the executive principal of BCCSC; Ms. Jin Zhi, the Secretary of Party Branch at BCCSC; and Ms. Ma, the vice-principal of BCCSC attended the opening ceremony of the training.

Mr. Andy Truong delivered a speech to encourage the staff to improve their service and enhance their confidence in the future. Mr. Andy and James issued the certificates for 16 advanced teaches.

BCCSC invited Ms. Li Yinhuan to make a report about his experince of teaching and education. She has devoted herself to the research of education on disabled children. She won “2010 Tongzhou District Excellent Teacher” and donated her 300000 RMB bonus to the school. Ms.Li’s speech received a lot of applause.

After Ms. Li’s speech, the staff watched the propaganda films about the anti-corruption. In the second session of the training, Mr. Lu Chaojun delivered a speech.

The last session was discussion. The three topics were: “Enhance the teachers’ morality”, “measures and suggestions to improve subjects”, and “Adaptions to the new curriculum reforms”.

Mr. James Tian delivered a report with the theme of “New Time, New Platform, New Curriculum, Emphasize the quality and characteristics.” He encouraged all the staff to be innovative and develop themselves sustainably.

Mr. Quan Bin, the Director of the Tongzhou District Teachers Research Center, delivered a speech to analyze the education situation and put forward to BCCSC’s expectations.

It was a fabulous training and the staff learned a lot.
