BCCSC Grade 12 Students’ Adulthood Ceremony

The BCCSC grade 12 Student Adulthood Ceremony was held at the lecture theatre on May 17, 2019. Mr.Andy Truong, the Executive Director of the Board; Mr.James Tian, Executive Principal; Ms.Jing Zhi, the Vice-Principal; Ms.Ma Xiaokui, the Vice-Principal; Judge Lampert and some of the parents attended the ceremony. Wei Lingyuan and Fang Yvxin, from grade 12 of BCCSC, hosted the ceremony.

The Adulthood Ceremony started with the national anthem. Mr.Andy Truong delivered a speech to express his wishes to the Board and to bid welcome to the parents.

Mr.Weifu delivered a speech as parents’ representative.

Zhao Xueran, one of the grade 12 of BCCSC, delivered a speech on behalf of the students.

The guests and the school leaders issued the constitution and commemorative card to the students.

During the oath-taking ceremony, the students were very excited and they took the oath loudly.

Ms.Ma Xiaokui, the Vice-Principal, read the message from Mr.Cheng Hongsheng from Beijing Normal University.

Ms. Guo Xiaodan, delivered a speech on behalf of the students.

At the end of ceremony, Judge Irwin Lampert and James Tian, the Executive Principal also expressed their best wishes to the students.

Mr.Disdopu, the German Educator, said: “Teaching is not only passing knowledge, but also encouraging.” The Adulthood Ceremony stimulated the students.

The teachers hope that every grade 12 student could think independently and be grateful and that they can undertake their responsibilities and be strong when they face difficulties.
