I have always believed that education aims to make children happy and perfect, and at the same time, to correct and perfect the teachers themselves. I re-examined and understood my own teaching process. I thought about the teaching methods, based on the teaching materials, closely focused on the situation, and grasped the academic situation. I help students understand the life and charm of language and characters in the reading analysis, and pursue the baptism and deepening of the spirit.

Thoughts about the Competition

I benefited a lot from Young Teachers Teaching Skills Competition. Good curriculum design can ingeniously transform knowledge, so that the class can be vivid, orderly. Therefore, taking a good class is a place where every teacher should put his or her best efforts. For the young teachers, the Competition is a "training ground" prepared to achieve the goal of "good class." In this "training", I have experienced the brainstorming of the electives, experienced group discussions and collective effortsIt was the concentration of a teacher's entire course of course selection, lesson preparation, and course change.
I would like to express my gratitude to all the leaders and teachers who have given me selfless help in this course. I am grateful to the students and parents in my class for their unconditional support and cooperation. I have finished the entire schedule. In my case, the biggest feeling is that every class is not only a reward for the students, but also a growth. More importantly, the teachers have learned a lot.
