Fire safety, we are in action-- our school dormitory area fire drill activity in 2019

Safety is the top priority of school work. In order to further strengthen the flexible response ability of teachers and students to emergencies, make them master fire safety knowledge, cultivate fire awareness, and learn self-protection, fire alarm knows how to escape quickly and effectively. Our school has carried out the "fire safety, we are in action" fire safety exercise activities.

As the "fire alarm" signal sounded, the students went downstairs in an orderly manner under the teacher's organization and quickly evacuated to the playground. In the process of evacuating down the stairs, none of them fell behind, and none of them pushed. The emergency evacuation took only 4 minutes and 6 seconds to evacuate to a safe place, so that it was safe, rapid, and orderly. This exercise has greatly enhanced the disaster prevention and emergency awareness of teachers and students in our school, and achieved the purpose and expected results of the exercise.

In order to do a good job in this exercise, the school held a special meeting to study and revise the drill plan. Zhang Gang, director of the Student Affairs Department, mobilized the whole school's teachers and students, and all the students conscientiously studied the evacuation route, evacuation requirements, and other documents to ensure the smooth development of this activity. The whole exercise set up an evacuation guidance team, a medical rescue team, a fire fighting and disaster relief team and a communications liaison group, and the whole exercise was carefully organized and tightly organized. In order to achieve real and actual combat results, the fire extinguishing group used fire hoses and fire extinguishers, while the medical rescue team used rescue equipment such as stretchers and wheelchairs.

Preparation in advance, prevention, is the eternal cornerstone of safety education in our school; ensuring life and respecting life is also the eternal theme of safety education in our school. We will, as always, infiltrate safety education into daily moral education and make unremitting efforts to create an environment for the safe, healthy and happy growth of teachers and students!
