BCCSC and BCS Full Staff Training

BCCSC and BCS Full Staff Training were carried out successfully on Dec.20, 2019. All the staff gathered together to discuss how to improve the management of the school and achieve the goal of wellness and wellbeing.

Executive Director, Andy Throung, delived a wonderful speech about paying attention to details, happy teaching, and growth. Executive Principal, James Tian's in-depth analysis has provided the staff a clearer direction such as starting from small things, starting from the details, implementing the details and achieving a win-win situation. He talked about the integration of international and domestic courses, how to build a happy campus, and how to establish classroom teaching evaluation and class culture. Teachers showed course about study tour and shared the experiences. The presentation of Teacher Shang Xinxin from the elementary school: the in-depth exploration of science and STEAM curriculum helped children explore the world from many aspects such as science, art, technology, mathematics and even engineering. Teacher He Yunsong of high school led the students to do paper-cutting and calligraphy in the Dream of Red Mansions on a large scale of 0.9 square meters, which won the first prize in the second Beijing primary and secondary school students' technical creative hand-designed design exhibition in October.

After a short break, a new software online training was conducted for employees and teachers. How to achieve better home-school communication and how to conduct more scientific attendance management? New technology will undoubtedly open up a wider scope for us. During the training, teachers focused on the school's round square education implementation line, which was specifically implemented in every detail of grades 1-12. In the end, the enthusiastic and orderly discussions of the teaching and research team allowed us to stand at a high place and continue to return to the bits and pieces of the teaching work.

The foreign teacher training lasted for two days from December 19th to 20th. It was also rich in content, focused on practical results. It was a big success of the training.

There is a long and challenging journey in the future. We will train ourselves internally with continuous improvement.
