In order to prevent and control the epidemic of New Coronary Pneumonia, to ensure the safety and health of all teachers and students of the school, and to ensure the teaching of the high school reopening on April 27, 2020, staff mobilization meeting was held on April 23. In the spring semester of 2020, the training and mobilization meeting for staff began. The trainings are as follows； Campus Disinfection and Sterilization Training, Anti-Coronavirus Knowledge and Training, One Day Routine of Staff and Student Emergency Process Training, One Day Routine of G12 Staff and Student Emergency Process Training.

Reopening Plan and Schedule

The mobilization training meeting was hosted by the school party secretary Jing Zhi. Executive principal Tian Zhenzhou explained the related work. The trial reopening is an important milestone for Beijing to fight against the epidemic. He made overall planning, clarified the division of responsibilities, and strengthened detailed management to ensure that students are safe. Teachers are required to adjust the teaching plan and content, complete the transition of online and offline teaching, and take care of students who cannot return to school due to the epidemic, and complete the teaching tasks of this semester.

Anti-Coronavirus Knowledge and Training,

School doctor Zhao Hailan conducted epidemic prevention and control knowledge training for the school staff. The staff not only fully understood the basic knowledge of coronavirus, but also mastered the daily prevention and control operation skills and emergency treatment measures. At this stage, all the staff of our school will do their utmost to do a good job of various prevention and control work, strictly guard against death, and ensure the safety of the school.

Campus Disinfection and Sterilization Training

Manager Ma Yucheng introduced the knowledge of campus disinfection in detail. He explained the methods of disinfection, the ratio of disinfectants, interpreted the campus disinfection plan to ensure the health and safety of every teacher and student.

One Day Routine of Staff and Student Emergency Process Training,

Vice principal Ma Xiaokui gave a detailed explanation and training on the campus entering process, dormitory area management, teaching area management, restaurant arrangement, emergency handling and reporting process, back to school process, mask use, hand washing and disinfection, etc., She also introduced the processes and requirements of each process.

Finally, the school party secretary Jing Zhi conveyed and interpreted the requirements of the education committee, district education committee and other departments on the trial reopening work. A drill about scenarios such as baggage disinfection at the school, barcode scanning of the travel track, temperature measurement, submission of physical conditions and commitment materials, entering dormitory, entering the classroom, class activities, restaurant dining, and emergency treatment of students in school were conducted.

With the training and drill, the school standardized the epidemic prevention and emergency response process, improved the epidemic prevention and control capabilities, and made full preparations for the trial reopening.
