Distributing books in new ways ——Completion of teaching materials distribution for BCS

In order to ensure the demand for online teaching in schools during the epidemic and improve the effect of online teaching, according to the requirements of the "Notice on the Distribution of Textbooks for middle and high Schools in the Spring Semester of 2020" by the Municipal and District Education Commissions, the requirements of the epidemic prevention and control work should be based on the actual situation of the school , "According to the principles of "one school, one policy" and "one bag per person", scientifically formulate specific measures and carry out the distribution of teaching materials in an orderly manner.

1. Make plans and arrange in detail

On April 1st, the school received a notice from the Education Committee and our school's teaching office and library took urgent action. In order to ensure the safe and orderly distribution of teaching materials, the school made full preparations. On April 1, the library of the Teaching Office submitted the specific distribution plan, and after the discussion of the principal meeting and the school affairs meeting, the detailed distribution of teaching materials was deployed. On April 2nd, Director Huang of the Teaching Office instructed all the class teachers to classify and statistic the student data-to the school and the situation of students outside Beijing. All teachers work together to complete the statistical work on time and efficiently.

Second, pick up and pack bags together

During the epidemic, the teaching staff could not enter the school. Within 1 day, teachers should assign 9 grades and 135 teaching materials to each grade according to the type, and then divide the bags according to the requirements of "one bag per life". On April 3rd, after learning of this situation, the leaders of various departments immediately transferred the staff on duty to support the library, and received strong support from the school staff. In the process of packing the teaching materials, everyone deeply felt the power of teamwork. Cooperate with each other, one person takes the book and the other takes the bag, and completes all the baggage collection work for the students before 18:00 on April 3rd. The teachers who worked hard all day were very enthusiastic and swept away the tense atmosphere brought about by the epidemic. Everyone had only one sentence "all for students".

On the evening of April 3rd, Director Zhao of the property and the staff of the security department arranged all the site layout and details of the material handling before the teaching materials were distributed. Teachers in the library worked late into the night, checked the list of students who receive books on the spot, and adjusted the labeling of the textbooks for students who need to receive textbooks for special needs at specified times.

3. Distribute wholesale, orderly

On April 4th, in accordance with the principle of "separate wholesale distribution, decentralized collection, and ensure safety", the southern entrance of the school was already divided into areas according to grades. For on-site disinfection, the teacher of the property, the security guard, and the student office cooperate with the teacher of the library to place the teaching materials in the designated area. Staff wear masks and gloves, pick up the list, and wait for parents to arrive at the school gate.

Parents arrived at the school at the wrong peak within the specified time, checked the health code and measure the body temperature, and then entered the textbook collection point. After the parents arrived at the collection point, they line up consciously and maintain a certain distance between the front and back. After the parents have received the textbooks, they left immediately to reduce the stay time to the shortest. Group Chairman Peng Jianhua and President Wang Benzhong always pay attention to the situation on the spot, send care and greetings to all staff from time to time, and put forward guiding opinions and suggestions. So far, in grades 1-9, all classes have received safe and orderly materials on site.

On April 4, a national mourning event was held to express the deep condolences of the martyrs and deceased compatriots at the expense of the people of all ethnic groups in the fight against the new crown pneumonia. At the site where the teaching materials were distributed, everyone did not forget to remember and remember. At 10 o'clock, when the air defense alarm sounded, all the teaching staff and parents at the scene consciously suspended their stops, the car whistle and silenced for 3 minutes.

4. School-post cooperation, sending textbooks

In order to complete the distribution of teaching materials ,the teacher of the library immediately put into action, checking the detailed mailing address, contact phone and other detailed information, and providing a list of distribution of teaching materials. On the afternoon of April 5th, when the postal EMS vehicle left the school loaded with teaching materials, the distribution of teaching materials was temporarily suspended.
