Dear teachers and fellow students:

Good morning! I’m Maria from Class 3 Grade 11. Today my topic is Mother’s Day. Mother's day is celebrated every year on the second Sunday in May. It is a time to remind us to be thankful for our mothers.

From the first time we cried coming out of her womb, our mother gave us the right to live; since we could talk, our mothers would teach us about life; from the time we entered school, our mother hopes for us that we learn the best; When we go into society, a mother will give us her most sincere thoughts; When we encounter setbacks, a mother will give us strong support. A mother’s love is great and selfless, and every single life in the world is bathed in the glory of their mother’s love.

Mother’s day is coming soon. We don’t have to do anything big to express our love. We can express our love using small actions. Sometimes, do a good job, study hard and getting good grades is a great comfort to our mother. Also, communicating more with your mother, and share all the joys and sorrows can let your mother feel a kind of warmth.

From now on, we should try our best to express our love to our mother.
