A Dream of the Red Mansion ——Manuscript display on the theme of "A Dream of Red Mansions"

"A Dream of Red Mansions", known as the Chinese classical literature, also enjoys a very high status in the history of world literature. Its profound thoughts, exquisite writing, and high artistic value are almost unmatched.

Cao Xueqin is obsessed with the Dream of Red Mansions, ranging from princes and generals, scholars and doctors, to villagers' wives, traffickers and pawns. From the study of "Dream of Red Mansions", we got poem, criticize characters, and various aspects of culture. We used this as a platform to "read Chinese culture" to study the Dream of Red Mansions is of life-long benefit to our Chinese and Canadian students.

In order to better understand the "Dream of Red Mansions" and show the feelings of the G12 students of BCCSC studying "Dream of Red Mansions", we organized a display event for the "Dream of Red Mansions" handwritten newspaper for G12 student. Every student actively participated and turned in their work. We selected several of them and displayed them. Having the students work displayed, we are able to continue to experience and feel the charm of "A Dream of Red Mansions".
